This self contained home boasts a new build kitchen, bathroom and WC, with fresh and modern furnishings for you to enjoy.
On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen/living/diner space to allow you to stretch out in the evenings after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides all the comforts of home with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. We supply arrival tea, coffee, biscuits and washing products to make your stay more comfortable. The dining space is multi-functional, allowing you to enjoy a group meal or use as a work desk when necessary.

The sofa, quickly and simply converts into a comfortable single bed, providing extra guest space. The Smart TV allows you to access your On Demand subscriptions at the click of a button, so you can catch up on the latest shows or binge your favourite box set.

There is a bright and fresh downstairs WC in the entrance hall, as well as space for your coats and shoes.

The first floor is comprised of two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, with hotel quality bed linen. Whilst the second bedroom has two single beds to allow for more guest flexibility. Each bedroom has the highest quality of linens and towels for you to enjoy and provides wardrobe space to allow you to unpack and make yourself at home.

The family bathroom is bright and fresh, providing a shower over the bath. We provide shower gel and shampoo for your convenience. These are displayed in our reusuable recycled bottles, reducing our dependence on single use plastic to help reduce our environmental impact.

There is off road parking available behind the property, and a number of informal spaces for additional vehicles commonly available in close proximity. There is a small gravelled garden to the left of the property which can be used by guests.
