Our Accommodation  & Features :

Eclipse apartments are stylishly refurbished. The 1 bed apartment is on the ground floor and the 2 bed apartment is on the 1st floor. Each of the bedrooms have king sized beds which can be split into 2 small singles if required. Built in USB sockets are in the bedrooms, so you won`t have to worry about forgetting your charger! Sofa beds are in each living room which make up into small double beds. There is an outdoor seating area to enjoy a drink and socialise during the summer months.

Guests have access to the whole flat and are free to use as their own during their stay. Feel free to use the outdoor seating area on the right, to the rear of the property. This is shared with the 1st floor apartment.

We do request that outdoor footwear be removed when walking on the carpets in order to maintain our standards of cleanliness. If you require the king size beds to be split as 2 singles, please let us know , otherwise we will leave them as a double. Also, the sofa beds can be made up as beds before your arrival upon request. Parties are not permitted at either apartment and we ask that noise be kept to a respectable level during the evening periods in respect of our neighbours.As you would expect, we operate a strict no smoking policy within the property, but smoking is permitted in the outdoor seating area at the rear of the property.
