On the day of arrival, you’ll receive key codes to use for the bottom lock box located just right outside the apartment. This is self check-in so 3 key codes will be sent to you depending on the time of your arrival. For any issues, feel free to reach out to us.
If you would like us to meet you at the property to check you in please don’t hesitate to ask, we are always happy to help. Please make sure to book before arrival.
We are child friendly apartment. We have a high chair and travel cot available on request. If you are bringing young children, please bear in mind, there are external stairs to the property. Also a couple of steps inside the property.
You will check into a fully COVID safe, professionally cleaned and sanitized apartment. Don’t worry about cleaning before you go. Our cleaning team will take care of all of that when you check out.
We do have a few requests to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival so you don’t have to worry about anything during your stay.
We are pet friendly apartment. A small fee of £69 applies for the deep cleaning required upon check-out for the next guest who might be allergic. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet when making the booking.
No smoking in the apartment, Smoking Aloud in the Garden please make sure all door and windows to the property are closed while smoking.
Maintain the property in good condition during your stay (as you find it upon entry).
Quiet hours between 10 pm – 8 am.
The stairs are for access only, please do not sit on these.
We know that accidents occur from time to time, resulting in damage. We would not charge for one-off crockery breakages. We kindly ask if anything does get broken to let us know before you check out. Otherwise, we will charge you accordingly.
