➞ The whole flat is newly furnished and renovated. There is a spacious double bedroom, modern bathroom, and open-plan kitchen & living room.

➞ Bedroom has a Kingsize bed made up as standard which can be separated to 2x single beds upon request (£15 charge to cover cost of extra bed linens), the living room has a comfy sofa which can sleep a 3rd guest (£15 charge)

➞ In terms of entertainment, the flat has a television set up with Netflix & free Wifi Internet access.

➞ Guests & their booking party will have sole exclusive use of my self contained space for the duration of their stay, no facilities will be shared.

➞ Once the guest(s) are checked in, they will be left to the quiet enjoyment of my space however I will only be a message or a phone call away if needed.
